Dana moved to New York City from San Diego at age 17 to pursue her dream of living in America's most diverse and international city. While studying journalism at Fordham University, she developed a love for New Yorkers and made it a priority to connect with leading professionals in every industry, from finance to entertainment and art. Dana's experience as a TV and film actress created opportunities to appear in national campaigns for social and environmental issues, and to join with politicians to help keep NYC a safe and clean place to live. Given her deep network of influential contacts and unbridled love for all things NYC, a career helping people find homes here was a natural transition.
A resident of Greenwich Village, Dana has lived in several different NYC neighborhoods and is extremely well versed in the real estate market throughout Manhattan, with a particular expertise in Downtown neighborhoods such as SoHo, TriBeCa, West Village, Chelsea and Flatiron. Throughout her years in the industry, Dana has fostered strong relationships with developers and investors who keep her abreast of the new development pipeline, while she has become known for bringing qualified buyers to prestigious new projects in the earliest stages. Dana works closely with each and every client, providing all of the tools and data they need to purchase or sell their homes, guiding them from start to finish.
